For new and current clients

Practical tools, trusted information, and recommended resources

This library is designed to make it easier to revisit an idea between sessions, understand a concern more clearly, or find a useful next step without sorting through an overwhelming amount of information.

Use what is helpful

You do not need to read everything.

Choose the topic that feels most relevant today. The resource library will grow over time with plain-language guides, worksheets, infographics, questionnaires, books, websites, and referral information that I use or recommend.

Educational resources can support therapy, but they do not replace individualized assessment, treatment, medical care, or emergency services.

Privacy reminder

Do not submit completed worksheets, questionnaires, evaluation records, or other private information through this public website. Assigned forms and secure clinical communication should remain in SimplePractice.

Books and websites I recommend

A curated list rather than an endless list

I am building this section around resources I actually use or feel comfortable recommending. The goal is to explain why each resource may be helpful rather than simply provide a long collection of links.

Future categories may include ADHD and executive functioning, anxiety, depression, parenting, behavior support, LGBTQ+ resources, grief, relationships, school and workplace supports, and books for children or teens.

Current clients

Use the site to revisit ideas—not to store private clinical information.

Current clients can use this page to locate general handouts, prepare for a session, or return to information discussed in therapy. Personalized assignments, completed questionnaires, evaluation reports, billing documents, and secure messages should remain in the SimplePractice Client Portal.

Optional session-preparation questions

  • What has felt most important since the last session?
  • What went slightly better?
  • What felt especially difficult?
  • Is there something I have been avoiding discussing?
  • What would make the next session useful?
